Notice for Nursery Admission for Session 2024-2025
Little Flower Convent School is an English Medium private unaided Christian Minority Institution which has limited seats at the Nursery level after reserving seats for the wards of Staff and Christian students. As such, the norms of the minority institution are applicable in the admission process. The school imparts education to the Christian community around and also extends its services to the members of other communities to the extent possible.
Supreme Court Judgement:The Hon’ble Supreme Court of India has held in the case of Society for Unaided Private Schools of Rajasthan v/s U.O.I. & others Writ Petition © No.95 of 2010, that the provisions of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education, Act 2009 (RTE) shall not apply to Unaided Minority Educational Institutions. The National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions, Government of India, New Delhi has declared LITTLE FLOWER CONVENT SCHOOL, MANAGED BY THE SIMLA CHANDIGARH EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY TO BE A MINORITY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 2(G) OF THE NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR MINORITY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS ACT, 2004 (‘NCMEI ACT’).
Age Eligibility:
Children born between 01st April 2020, and 31st March 2021 are eligible to apply for the session 2024-25 for the Nursery Admission. Others need not apply. Date of birth that does not fall between the dates mentioned above and knowingly or unknowingly providing wrong date of birth will not be considered for admission.
Registrations are ONLINE only:
Interested Parents, after reading the instructions and terms and conditions, can fill the forms online by visiting our School website – www.lfconventschoolsangrur.com, on 5th and 6th January 2024 between 10.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. and can take the print out of REGISTRATION FORM and submit it along with complete attested copies of the attachments at the School Office.
No registration forms will be accepted after the period mentioned above.
Those who register on 5th January 2024 will submit the documents on 08th January 2024 and the others who register on 06th January 2024will submit on 9th January 2024, between 10.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. (If not submitted, your registration will stand cancelled, and the registration fee will not be refunded)
Reg. Fee: - 700/- towards registration fee to be paid online which is nonrefundable.
No donation or recommendation will be accepted for admission.

The above given fee structure is applicable for the Academic Year 2024-25. Fee may be increased as per the government guidelines every year. Parents are requested to check the above fee structure and admit their ward only if they are satisfied that they can meet the fees. Detailed Fee Structure is displayed on school website.
Please Note: Little Flower Convent School is a private unaided institution that receives no grant from the Government and therefore, it is imperative that the full fees be paid from time to time as per schedule.
Requirements at the time of ONLINE REGISTRATION:
- Passport size Photograph of the applicant child (in Jpeg, Jpg format to be uploaded minimum 50 KB and maximum 100 KB, Face must be clearly visible)
- Family photograph with the applicant child (in Jpeg, Jpg format to be uploaded minimum 50 KB and maximum 100 KB, face of all must be clearly visible)
- Aadhar Card of the child to be uploaded in Jpeg, Jpg format (A4 size, less than 100 KB)
- Date of Birth certificate of the child to be uploaded in PDF format (A4 size, less than 100 KB)
- Valid Email ID & Valid Mobile Number (Whatsapp enabled) of Parents
- Rs 700 Registration fee to be paid online
DOCUMENTS Needed for submitting Registration form in School:
- Please ensure that all documents (where applicable) are legible and are Notarized/attested.
- Copy of BIRTH CERTIFICATE OF THE CHILD issued in accordance with the provisions of the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969 wherein the names of the child and parents have been mentioned, shall be accepted. Please Note:
The Parents’ names must exactly match the names on the applying child’s Date of Birth Certificate and Aadhar Card. No alteration will be permitted in any of the names once the same has been submitted. Hence, you are strongly advised, if you so desire, that necessary rectification like addition/deletion of the name/surname/parents’ name is done legally from the issuing authority before the submission of the Registration Form.

- Single Parents/Legal Guardians: Suitable supporting documents indicating legal custody of the child by the applicant. e.g., Divorce documents/Court Order/Death Certificate.
- Category:
• Schedule Caste/Schedule Tribes/Other Backward Class
• SC/ST/OBC certificate of the Parents or the Child issued by the appropriate authority
- Attach one latest passport size photographs of the child (not more than one month old) with the child’s name and date of the taking of the photograph printed below.
- Foreign Nationals, please attach the following documents:
• Valid Visa
• Residential Permit or PIO/OCI Card
Important Information
- The school on accepting the registration fee and on registering the name is not in any way bound to provide admission to your ward.You are advised to apply in other schools also.
- There will be an interactive session along with the parents which will be held for the registered candidates. Date and time of the same will be intimated on your registration acknowledgement.
- Only one registration form per child is to be submitted. In the event, if it is discovered that more than one registration form has been submitted for the same child, all such registration forms shall stand rejected and the candidate stands disqualified automatically and will not be considered for admission.
- Seats will be reserved for Catholics, Christian Children and Wards of Staff provided they fulfill the conditions.
- All documents submitted along with the registration form and photographs shall become the property of the school and will not be returned. There will be no refund of registration fee.
- If there will be any vacant seat(s), the Management shall use its own discretion to fill such vacant seat(s). The Management’s decision shall be final.
- Contact Numbers/Email ids given must be permanent, valid and working. In the eventuality that the school is unable to reach you at the number(s) given, the school will not be held responsible for the consequences.
- Ensure proper internet connectivity and gadgets before registration. School will not be responsible for any kind of technical errors or network problems arising during Registration process.
- School has not fixed any agents or shops for filling registration Form. Parents must be careful if anybody claims to be so and assures admission to Little Flower Kindergarten. School will not be responsible for any such malpractices.
- Incomplete registration forms/those filled with INCORRECT/FABRICATED INFORMATION, unattested/not accompanied by the required documents, will stand rejected.
- The presence of Father & Mother (nobody else) are mandatory on the day of interactive session all have to be present exactly on the time allotted on the acknowledgement.
- In case it comes to the knowledge of the Management, at any point of time that the information furnished is incorrect, the admission will stand cancelled without having any right to claim the refund of the fee paid.
- The school is not responsible for providing transport facilities. Parents will be responsible for arranging transportation for their child.
- If your child is selected for admission, all documents in original must be produced, for verification. In case, on verification, IF ANY DOCUMENT IS FOUND TO BE FABRICATED, FORGED OR TAMPERED WITH, THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE ADMISSION. Fees once paid at the time of admission will not be refunded at any cost. There is no provision to surrender the seat once the admission process is complete.
